Shay is back to his diving best again, this time without mats under him. He’s rejoined ‘normal’ training and looks like he’s never missed a day. Check out yourself watching this video from Man City FC. You have to watch into half the video to see Shay doing his moves.
Shay is currently back to diving again, this week on mats, and next week the plan is to take the mats away and see how he gets used to hitting the ground again, as per usual.
