It was great being able to watch the game on telly last night. Manchester City should’ve won by two goals but conceding again by powerful free headers and stuff. I think perhaps there’s work to be done on defending set-pieces if you look at the Portsmouth and FC Copenhagen game. Shay had no saves to make. It was though a MUCH improved attacking Man City from the display against Portsmouth. It seemed that Shaun Wright Phillips gave the team extra width and skill going forward. Not a bad result though with 2 away goals but Man City will feel they let themselves down letting Copenhagen back into the game twice.
